I've been holding off on power-levelling my team, because I wanted to go back to a few of the missions I once 1-star-ed by the skin of my teeth and try getting a better result, but without using a spectacularly overpowered team to do it.
I've finally got round to trying it, and it's been easy enough so far.
Castle Retake should be interesting, the first time I beat it I only had one CC-ed unit, and that was a healer

been playing the Heir to the Strategist event withou a guide.

Gotta say, I never expected the Goblin Kings to be assassinate-able.
Really made things much easier. The time I spent buying that black ninja chick seems to have been well-used.

I know it's not much of an achievement, but I'm pretty chuffed to have beaten the last Fairy Village mission, as it's the first time I've beaten all the missions of an event(I've been playing since the 2nd Ryujin invasion event showed up).

I was surprised how easy it was to 1-star the last 2 missions. I never got to the end of the Vampire Event(I had few CCed units at the time) & I remember the final missions of Maribel's event being a nightmare.
But when I got to the last missions here, I completed them first time round.

I think i'll use these last few days to farm Silver units, and see if I can get from 18 stars to 22 (24 would seem to ambitious).

Christ, I see what you mean. i just did Dragon Hunting. I went in expecting to have to make a few attempts to win, but I got an effortless 3-star win on my first try.

I'm guessing the one after this'll be at least a little trickier.

Only just started the vampire event today.
it's a minor thing, but I've got to say that I dig these new enemy goblin archer & mage enemies.

I got a Platinum Armour from Golden Armor's Normal difficulty, which I hear is a rare occurance, so I'm pretty chuffed.
I've CCed one unit, a healer, so who do people usually recommend next? I've heard Katie's name come up a bunch of times, but I've also heard people recommend ranged units.

Also, I have to say, I underestimated the cost of getting a unit up to CC-ing levels. So I'm pretty glad the Golden Amour daily's come along again.
