No. That's every audio/video format for https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5C_KbDGJWI
yt-dlp has different format preferences than youtube-dl did https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp#sorting-formats
>Note that the default has codec:vp9.2; i.e. av1 is not preferred. Similarly, the default for hdr is hdr:12; i.e. dolby vision is not preferred. These choices are made since DV and AV1 formats are not yet fully compatible with most devices. This may be changed in the future as more devices become capable of smoothly playing back these formats.
This decision was apparently made over a year ago, yet despite avc1 having wider implementation, they haven't changed it. Obviously just about any video player you or I would use has had compatibility with the format for some time. In general, the vp9 is visibly lower quality than the avc1, although not terribly so, in exchange for the filesize trade off. The problem is that people likely think they're grabbing the best quality, when that may not be the case. Consequently, the torrent has video that is for the most part lower quality than what's available. If that doesn't matter to you then great. But it did to me, so I grabbed the better quality.

This also isn't completely open and shut; there were instances where the vp9 was better than the avc1, some of the 3D lives in particular, as well as anything she uploaded from her phone.
