Some more info on Girl's Symphony (my JP kinda sucks, feel free to correct me):

You're a conductor who assembles his orchestra to fight stuff and retrieve "music". The game is labeled a "story RPG" supervised by the writer(?) of Psycho-Pass. During combat you can control the positioning / rows of your party to influence the outcome of the fight.

As for the collab with FKG, if you're playing both games, you'll get rewards as your character levels up. At level 30, you get Onshi in FKG and Anri in GS. No idea whether people who are already leveled past 30 in FKG will get anything.
