Shogs probably have great respect for Mindflayers, and I wouldn't be surprised if Mindflayers employed Shog maids in their lairs, or used them as messengers.
Shogs probably think Wendigos are adorable, and would be compelled to take care of them.
Nachos might be tricky. A Shog probably wouldn't like their attitude with their husbands. A Nacho might also mistrust the Shogs for being chaos-errant, and wouldn't want one to sweep her web away. The tension is so subtle that both parties find it hard to put into words.
Shogs and Nightguants probably identify with each other most closely, which means they have very little to say. Shogs probably flash their signature smile their way, and Nightguants probably blush in kind. Shogs might think a Nightguant looks tasty.
And finally, Shogs think of other Shogs as a lesser part of a greater whole. They all seek to become one, together.

Shoggoths literally exude an aura of purity, and Mindflayers are more sinister/predatory than creepy.

Reminder that shoggoths won't necessarily destroy all the stuff they replace. They'll likely store things like real silverware, plates, etc. elsewhere for use when you have guests, since they hate people other than their mastah/husband using things made from their body.
