The tranny isn't a girl no matter how much he claims to feel like one. It's all a big delusion. An intentional desire to become someone he isn't. Meanwhile, someone like Shannon, who has been raised as a girl and thinks of herself as a girl and barely even has any sexual characteristics to begin with, is a hundred times more attractive than Miyao, because despite having tits and a pussy, he thinks of himself as a dude and acts like a dude. This doesn't take into account their actual personality traits, though.
