Rika actually DOESN'T tell him about it. that's why she's happy he's so reliable he has a plan that Rika thinks will work even without needing to talk with Irie or know about the syndrome.

Then again, still waiting for Hoshiwatashi chapter 2. If we get Sakiko interacting with Satoko there that probably will be very telling regarding how involved R07 actually is with the script.

If she doesn't talk like in Oni then it's probably just a loose plot with some specific lines and we shouldn't look too much into how stuff is worded. If she actually changed and addresses her like in Oni the script might be actually reliable though, and looking into it might actually work here unlike in Gou/Sotsu.
