I'm sure there are elves that aren't at the extremes, but you probably won't find them in their villages or cities.

It's time to go adventuring and that means it's time to assemble your party. A curious and diverse collection of similarly-minded explorers, thrill-seekers, monster-hunters, and treasure fiends are available for recruitment.

You get two party members. You can take the first two you hover over or use random.org, your choice.

1.) Simple-minded Wurm tank. She has exactly 1 INT point and doesn't have the WIS score to even know how to use it. She has no spellcasting capabilities, no unique abilities, and has a hard time following complex orders. However, her natural scale armor, immense strength, and absurdly fast natural healing make her nigh-unkillable except through the most extreme methods. She's usually content to draw attention and tank hits for the party but dire situations or a verbal command can activate her 'attack mode'. Surprisingly cost-effective as a party member as she requires no equipment and can catch all of her own food.

2.) Rambunctious Redcap Berserker. Her defenses her poor but she's a blindingly fast and frighteningly aggressive combatant. Her cleaver deals spiritual damage rather than physical damage, causing those wounded by her to openly spill their mana and lose magical power; combined with her speed this makes her a potent anti-mage. While not the most reliable healer she can take care of your wounds in a pinch by using the red, liquid mana that drips from her cleaver (there are side effects). She gets worked up easily and her power only increases with her agitation, but if she herself runs out of magical essence her cap will turn white and she essentially becomes useless. It's wise not to bring her into town because of her abrasiveness and willingness to pursue conflict.

3.) Gloomy Owlmage Wizard. A nocturnal insomniac with a wealth of magical knowledge and a massive array of spells at her disposal. Her poor sleeping habits, however, tend to have a drain on her awareness and intelligence. She often has to be reminded to do things like eat and dress herself. Despite her dreary, distant personality she's very passionate about the pursuit of knowledge and is at her happiest when surrounded by books.

4.) Diligent Salamander Martial Artist. While most of her kind are keen to take up the sword, she became fascinated with martial arts from the Mist Continent at an early age. She's very excitable and talkative as long as the subject is kung fu, will happily talk your ear off about it or invite you to join in on her training (and she's never NOT training). The strength she pursues is, perhaps, unattainable but in her eyes it's the pursuit of it that satisfies. Rather than mana, she has impressive control over her own body's life force, or qi, which she uses to increase the strength of her blows, harden her body, and even launch invisible 'blasts' of energy. Wears over 300 lbs of weighted clothing at almost all times and refuses to remove it unless innocent lives are in danger or if she's face-to-face with a worthy opponent.

5.) Twin Lamia Bandits. Conjoined twins with two separate bodies arising from only one tail, they've made a living for some time out of robbing unwary travelers. They wield a single large shield in between themselves while each sister's free hand brandishes an enormous scimitar. They're a nightmarish opponent for most other physical fighters because of their unorthodox fighting style which prioritizes counterattacking and double-minded strategies. Looking to turn over a new leaf they've decided to take up some honest adventuring, though they're still not the most morally upright pair. They rarely argue but when they do it's always fierce and it takes days or even weeks for them to reconcile completely.

6.) Depraved Succubus Knight. She's a member of a order of monster-knights considered bizarre and deviant even by monster standards. Her order believes that resisting temptation and denying yourself personal pleasure are good things, notions that most Succubi consider offensive. However, her order also believes that it's best to surround one's self with temptations to resist rather than to hide away from them. Her mind is constantly filled with lewd, lusty thoughts that she refuses to pursue. She reads (and writes) hardcore erotica as a hobby and constantly ogles men she finds attractive. Her skin is always flushed and her face frequently contorts into expressions of barely-contained lust. However, she remains a virgin and will even actively save men from being raped. As a result of her bizarre lifestyle her mental fortitude is absolutely unshakable; she's completely immune to all forms of mind-altering magic. She protects herself with a suit magical black armor, knows numerous mid-level support spells, and her swordsmanship is distinguished. Tempt her at your own risk since she's basically hundreds of years worth of lust just waiting to explode.

Not all elves are lewd, some just want to go on adventures in peace.

It's just as simple as that? I was kind of expecting some growing pains.

>Clan of wyvern riders suddenly have new wives
>Orc raiding parties stealing the eligible young men instead of the women
>Dark elf slavers ...don't really change?
