Easiest way to farm Suisei tickets is to clear the beginner tasks first then unlock the キャラファイト, each time you win a character fight they give you a ticket to roll in the Suisei gacha. You can also finish the tasks in the キャンペーン tab with Suisei's face on it.
The Suisei gacha has 100% pull rate because everything in the pool is Suisei; 1 Suisei ticket = 6 Suisei cards.
There's an SP card in the pool with 0.01% hit rate and you can unlock a Suisei sleeve and a Hoshiyomi banner using the tokens you get from rolling Suiseis.
