Well I'd be honest. In solely my opinion, only the final event map matters(or at least matters the most) so I generally judge using them as in if they can finish last dance or not.

Tatsuta is great, I really like her. Too bad about the plane thing though. Not that planes do a lot on CLs.

I'm just speaking with logic, I have nothing against low numbers. She's not Mutsuki low but Isokaze saved me in Summer E-7.

I wasn't around for Midway nor did I use a 39FP 69Torpedo Mutsuki on a boss before which is why I am doubtful.

I agree on 愛 being the most important stat though. I love them all which is why my fleet performs better than most even with the same ships~~~
