This always puzzled me. 90% of the characters should be able to not only support your head but lift your max height character overhead with one finger, and yet the game goes hard into the "you can't interact, the size difference bro" idea despite the fact that any loli can easily overpower you during sex. This really, really should only apply to fairies and Akyuu, and never should have been a full mechanic anyway.
And considering the size range, certainly should not be a thing when it comes to just laying your head on a girl's lap. With the obvious exception of any inchlings.
