All of those maps that you listed came before kusou class got their upgrade. BBV is pretty much useless except for 1-5 and PVP(when all your other BBs are at lv99). I don't even remember any map where they are needed.
In those maps you listed, CVL are the key requirements, you can always substitute the BBV with some other ships. Pic related, E3.

Even Akashi and army dog are more useful than them during event.
