What. Most of the connecting Fragments dialogue is from Frederica. She explicitly talks about Hanyuu working alongside her several times.

In the Akasaka scene, the monologue right afterwards is clearly from Rika too, she references asking for his help many times before and is grateful he finally remembers. It's just the actual dialogue with him that gets attributed to Hanyuu (in the console port).
