Although it may sound cool on paper, it is faced with the challenge of practicality in a fast combat setting, the overall theme of the game and just not making it not look like shit in the process along with their rigging. The way they want to depict girls in Japanese clothing before Japan went modern in my opinion isn't a good idea for KanColle. The most brilliant example that worked was Kamikaze and her uniform that serves as an immediate way to show she's older than the already existing Mutsuki class, who have basic school uniforms. Even their rigging, to an extent, shows she's older than Mutsuki. Also samurai armor and ceremonial costumes looks out of place in a navy theme, this is why whatever this >>15560090 game (forgot the name) is from doesn't work since it takes place literally in WW2, you end up with way less freedom in designing clothing compared to it taking place in the present, not to mention a golf club is fucking retarded and taking examples from Ayaki is never a good idea.
