I made a great discovery a few weeks ago, R-Note aka Yellow Zebra uploaded all their Touhou M-1 Grand Prix manzais on their official YT channel and they come subbed too. It's a shame it's just the sketches and don't include the judging, CMs, or all the other bonus stuff but it's great to see official support.

Translations seems to be done by the ground up as they're a bit different (they don't into depth to explain the japanese cultural jokes and puns) from the old fansubs which have mostly been taken down for one reason or another (RIP Celeste Melancholia)

Also any good MMDs come out in like the recent 5 years? Touhousubs suddenly died after last posting on working on subbing Burning Meiling 6 and went dark, I did find this channel https://www.youtube.com/c/MoriyaSalesman/videos but they mostly do stuff from billibilli which isn't bad imho but I don't think there's anyone out there as dedicated as TouhouSubs at translating 2hu fancontent.

I dunno how old you're talking about here but old nico before the complete shift to html5 used mp4, I know this because I've downloaded a few 2hu MVs just by opening the media file separately with Inspect Element and saving them.
