It's just a meme here based on a bad machine translation of a term popular in Japan: "sex friend". It's said in Engrish as a loan word/phrase (sekkusu furendo) and often gets contracted to "sefure" (SEkkusu FUREndo) which is in turn written in kana as with most foreign loan words. Google translate doesn't really understand so it can only transliterate it phonetically into "saffle"
