No she can't do that. That's literally why she got the miracle mallet and a bunch of cheat items: because her actual ability is almost useless.

What you see in DDC is the extent of her abilities. She flips you, that's all. The term ひっくり返す in her profile refers mainly to physical objects, and anyway she's a canon weakling who needs to rely on external factors to be any sort of threat
