unless you like nothing but missionary and doggy id say its not worth it at all. the upkeep is crazy, most positions are turbo awkward to straight up impossible, etc. maneuvering 60-100+lbs of rubber is very difficult when theres nothing on the other end helping like you would have with a real woman.
just get yourself a full torso like the miracle dx or whatever else is in that vein and have the best of both worlds. you'll have the back, ass, breasts, neck, etc. to all play with, and you wont have any awkwardness to deal with in terms of positioning.
also cheap dolls are never worth it. "serviceable" ones cost 1k-1.5k+ for a reason.
