She's actually one of the more approachable characters in canon, being a goddess with modern sensibilities. Especially if you're a human, which you can't really say for Suwako.

Opinions. I, for one, think Yukari looks more goofy than elegant, what if wearing a friggin' diaper on her head. I can't take her seriously, despite being an incomprehensible youkai. Eirin is the only one who truly comes off as elegant.
