Anyways you know there theoretically exists alternate universe's. And in these alter universes exist endless possibilities for life, science, technology, magic, and other crap. In one alternate universe of ours exists monster girls already.

We however got screwed over by the random universe picker (RNP), and got put in a world full sci-fi where we can possibly have monster girls through science creations/aliens in outerspace if our universe has them, but this can only happen after estimated 50-80 years of technological advancement.
