How do I get the top tier alchemy recipes?
Like seriously, have you guys found any?

What level do you need to get a souvenir shop up to or what level dungeons do you need?

You can find them like the other guy mentioned, but the reason that other guy had a ton is because you can craft them when your tailoring is high enough. The materials are not that rare, and you can sell them in shops for a pretty good amount of gold.

I'm reminded of the fact that now that Plus allows you to equip Shoot slot weapons in your hands, you can duplicate the triple-panty wield shown here.

Before praying? I seem to remember someone mentioning a small decrease over time, but it didn't seem like it would cause a big problem. If it's after praying, that's always reduced your favor by a set percentage.
