I've seen a decent amount, but the reason there was so much Satoko is unsurprisingly because of how Sotsugou revolved around her and ignored the others(Shion even moreso).
Timeskip Shion was onscreen for like a minute, but I guess the rest of the club's new designs were also barely shown too.
