They probably look visually different because of the lighting used. The first one you linked uses a fill flash resulting in pale colors and a flat looking photo, while the other one uses warmer lighting without a flash.
From what I can see, the design elements look the same on the both of them, and both cases include the can badge, albeit the can badge is seperated from the bag on the first one. The first one has a tag while the second one doesn't, since GIFT stopped using tags some time ago. Thus the second one is from a later production batch, while the first one is from the tag era of fumos.
