Anyhow, I ran some tests with the save game editor and it seems like the largest stable value for breasts on the smallest body is 160, for anyone interested in jumbo-teats.

There are some -very- interesting glitches in the early-mid 160 value range such as "Alternating Piston breasts" which move back and forth and "Supersonic Warp Teats) which move up and down so fast that they leave an afterimage.
