It's hard to tell because Nenechi plays along with everything and is pretty daring. You can never tell if she's serious or not and that's exciting. I bet if you started groping Nenechi she'd laugh, asked if you're okay, crack a joke but at the same time wouldn't stop you and even encourage you more so you never know if she wants it or not.
