I don't understand why you keep insisting on this, Mizuki really doesn't come off that way at all. She did do a handful of photos with a kind of edgy/punk vibe, complete with a temporary tattoo, but besides that her social media personality is pretty consistent. And she clearly loves that style of Japanese streetwear fashion, as she's consistently retweeting things about it.
She's a bit of a dorky wota, her sub-account is specifically for that, loves video games from her father, recently got into doing cosplay, and generally seems to post whatever on her main Twitter (food, friend dates, funny LINE messages, Aika-tier random thoughts) rather than using it just as a work account. It can come off as strange if you're just there for booba but I don't think it's anything the same as RaMu going from one personality to another every couple of years.
