Maybe someone can help me out because I feel like I'm going crazy here.
There's a certain few cgs I'm wanting from alicesoft's escalation heroines. The ENG shut down now so it's JP only and there's no viewer. Well whatever it's a free to play game so it shouldn't be that bad, right?

I think I made it over a US connection and got region blocked but with a proper vpn it lets me into the site and blah blah.
>find game
>register for game to download
>get pic related
>fill out everything, click button.... then nothing
not an error, the button just dims and doesn't even return any error or anything. I tested this out on both phone (phone+desktop view) and PC. I don't understand what to do next.
