Eh, i find it easier to train different types at the same time.
Leveling everyone in the picture except imuya. Hiryuu takes care of some enemies with her bombers, imuya kills something with her torpedo and Hyuuga takes care of someone with her big guns. After that its just clean up the survivors and collect my easy exp.
No repairs needed, no buckets wasted and my resources pile up because of me not using them.
