I normally play characters in sets of best 2/3, since I really have no way of knowing what character someone who connects from here would prefer to face.

Guild Admin in Regenshire has guild quests that you purchase. As far as being useful to the guild, the best thing you can do is continue grindan with your friends that are around your level so we have a solid chunk of people progressing up the levels, rather than just a few here and there. It'll make it easier when we do raids or something.

Just continue to grind quests for the best xp, while trying to avoid repeated dungeon runs.
