Updated AJT Japanese

In the new version:

1) You can choose pitch accent style in "AJT" > "Japanese Options" > "Pitch Accent" > "Style". There are two available styles: U-biq and Javdejong.
2) There's a new toolbar button that allows you to add definitions to your cards. It can be set up in "AJT" > "Japanese Options" > "Menus" > "Add definitions".
