Maybe just buff the even HPs off from some DDs who you use often in events? Maybe Iyo too, because she'll likely see more jobs in combined fleet. ASW buffing to reach good equipment setups is fine too, but don't waste Kai onaholes for that. I wouldn't really use any of them just to buff luck.
