hey /jp/ im a newcomer to the board

i have been learning japanese for the last year (along with the alljapaneseallthetime.com method) and I'd like for someone to show me why this board is good.

after a few days of lurking it seems like nothing but an /a/ /c/ /w/

i got into japanese culture because of a shitty art history class and learned to love it, but the amount of pure weebo sugoi kawaii fail that this board contains makes me not want to be a part of it at all

tl;dr: is there any good in /jp/?

I'm a real keroro, can I play Touhou?
