Also during the first birth your choices decides two things. I believe the first choice ultimately decides the appearance for the three daughters you can have with each goddess. With the third choice usually being the most drastic difference, for example choice one makes a goddess have white skin, choice two delicious chocolate skin, and third choice you get purple skin like in picture related. The next choice afterwards decides which daughter exactly is born first. Of which daughter after that first one is born are chosen at random next birthing I believe. The appearance choice is also "locked in" for that playthrough so choosing choice 3 makes it pick choice 3 appearance for all the daughters that run. Ultimately the appearances are usually very minor, but it's still pretty awesome that you can have an effect on them like that.
