1.) Immigration has allowed people from less developed parts of the world to leech off the accomplishments of more developed parts of the world. In doing so, they drive a wedge between genetically similar people. The average person's spouse is as genetically similar to them as their third cousin and their friends as similar to them as their fourth cousins. So, in order to find someone who would've been your neighbor 1000 years ago, you have to first scour through hundreds of aliens. It's also been found that the more ethnically diverse a neighborhood, the less people trust their neighbors, engage in community activities or even leave their house. And
2.) Advances in science have allowed more and more people who would've been considered unfit for the world in the past and simply died at an early age, to survive. Modern society basically keeps mutants alive but their lives are hollow because they have no group they belong to. This is also true with sex differences. The more advanced a society, the less similar men and women are to each other, making it harder for them to get along.

You're here, of all places, a thread dedicated to large swaths of men who care about strange women on the other side of the planet and throw money at them even though they have no real incentivize to. She has changed a lot in the past few months, though. People always joked she was a normalfag who got isekaid into this company full of otaku NEETs, but recently she started playing gacha, video games have become a contender for her favorite streams, she became a huge fangirl for Moona, she's been lusting for teetee moments, she's enjoying people lewding her and she suddenly looked like an introvert in Minecraft yesterday too shy to join the others. It's almost like with every stream she becomes more and more like the others.
