While Hatate is still in dispute; according to the chart she should rank the highest, but canonically she treats others just like normal friends.
Some nips say Hatate should be a royal member caus there's a "hime" in her last name Himekaidou, but this has never been confirmed, as always.

And Tenma, the big boss of all tengus, still remains a secret.
