They really needed to make sure people would be "bamboozled" by certain details. This expression for instance. Or the one where Satoko is looking at Keiichi while he's getting a call from his mom. They just added them to make sure people would get the wrong idea by theorizing. The only people getting it right is the people that ignore it and go for the straightforward solution always.

The biggest issue in any of the Satoko culprit theories for that arc is Ooishi.
If he was not injected by Satoko (as R07 claimed) then he must have acted on his own due to memory leaks and other factors, which limits the possible targets Satoko could have chosen to only one person: Keiichi.
But even assuming Satoko wanted to inject Keiichi, her actions leading up to it are extremely weird and don't make much sense.
