I cannot think of an instance in canon where she is outright lazy about her work. As for the sleeping, there's her Soku storyline, and the mention in PMiSS about her taking a nap at noon.

Her sleeping at the gate may make more sense depending on what her actual work schedule is though, as there's no kind of implication that she ever even leaves her post beyond going to attend the gardens.

Either way, the way it's so thoroughly beaten into the ground by the fanon, you'd swear she couldn't even make it through dinner without falling asleep once or twice.
