Personally, I like the top right most. It feels dynamic and he placement of mouth, nose and eyes is great. The bottom right is also very nicely done. Top top left kinda lacks character, while it's hard to make out just what emotion she has on the bottom left. Angry? Shocked? There is a really tiny pixel between below the hair that seems like a brow which makes it hard to really discern it.
