I'd say remove the actual laser happening altogether. In Kako's dream world it's okay, but outside it serves no purpose if it won't do anything to Alice's house, though it'd still produce light and sound, which would be the same as if it had done something to the house. Better to just have Aya/Shinki/Sariel knock down Kako before she can give the order, which would achieve the same result of the concussion without doing damage to the atmosphere
