The fuck even is a "finisher", a Super? A Guilty Gear style Instant Kill? A Mortal Kombat style Fatality?
Anyway, I tend to like characters with good normals, corner carry and blockstrings/rushdown. Good normals might unironically be Flare since her body is like 60% legs. She's a fire mage though, so I can't imagine her "finisher" being anything but a generic inferno move.
