The post in that time period existed without the background being known publically to the thread and later on like a lego brick that piece of information was added on by me. Although the I knew the circumstances for the creation and artist intent for the image I didn't share it to the thread, therefore, making it exist within an unknown genre for the time being until I revealed its origin. An image of a young girl eating ice cream isn't lewd by itself but if I revealed the artist's lewd intentions by creating the image you now see it gains some "legitimate standing to be sexual". If it is words that can turn a somewhat murky picture into a sexual picture then the picture itself cannot be sexual.
