There is one: existence of hardcore JAV itself. Thanks to gentlemen agreement that showing genital is the definition of "obscene" then if you obscure the genitals then no matter how extreme or nasty your product is it's all fine and not against that stupid, archaic, and vague anti-obscenity law.
You either have JAV now or stuck with softcores like South Korean do.
