I've felt this way for quite a while. If someone has big breasts, they feel that she doesn't need anything else. Take the hundreds of mellow, nondescript housewives in NTR titles as an example (you can tell them from what I like to call the "I have no personality but I have big breasts" pose, pic related). Even tsunderes have a personality, albeit a memetic one.

The case that made the biggest impression on me was Gyakushuu 4, in which the only non-bakunyuu heroine (not a loli, but might as well be one compared to the others) is the only one who's actually intelligent, the only one the game allows you to treat with some modicum of respect (which she deserves far more than the other heroines), and the only one who can figure out that you have mind-reading abilities, resist the mindbreak meme, and essentially hack you out of existence in one of her endings.

Maybe not top tier, but Kanojo wa Sora ni Inoranai has some nice BGMs, most of them with vocals IIRC. And the battle themes are great.
