At a shop that sells them, not too far away from my home. Because I'm living in some south-east Asian country, and this niche hobby's catching on in the past few years to make it profitable for others to open a shop and sell them (along with other /a/ and /v/ related shit).

Not to mention the pricing's not much different from what I'll be paying, after taking into account the shipping fees and the potential hold-up at the customs if I bought too much at one go to take advantage of the shipping costs.
