Those are feathers. They may look like wings to a total retard but I can assure they're just feathers. You see, tengu are most commonly associated with crows, so despite Aya's lack of wings, a fact that is apparent in the art, this piece of artwork has some crow feathers to spice it up in a thematically-appropiate way.
