As far as I know, this is the only artillery character in the new version. The rest are naval/tank/air forces, including the Sherman, Matilda II, Swordfish, P-38 Lightning, Crusader, Lancaster, Tiger I, and Ju-87. That's less than half the cast.

Moe Moe World 2-ji Taisen. I uploaded the PC version awhile ago, so hopefully the links still work. They include a no-cd patch that you NEED to use to run the game. The PS2/PSP versions also contain a lot of new characters and, I think, scenarios.

It's more like a hexagonal advance wars. The company that made it also did other WW2 strategy games I believe. The missions aren't oppressively hard, but are very challenging to get a good rank on.

The PS2 and PSP version contains a number of new characters, including pasta italy for the German side.
