On another note, it's interesting that even in universe a person who is only acquainted with harpies may not know that they have clawed fingers. Makes me really wish KC or Will drew more showing what this all looks like, as right now all we have is the profile gandharva.

Reminds me of how gandharvas literally eat scents, that monsters can taste a man's mana at a distance and derive pleasure just from that taste, etc. there are likely lots of things that could motivate a monster to lip lick.
