As for the final set of murders, [blue]A killed the servant[/blue], and if [blue]A and B fighting each other caused the death of one another, that means they're both murderes of one another, thus making both of them culprits.[/blue] Otherwise, [blue]B wasn't exactly a culprit but rather a victim who killed A because they recognized him as the culprit,[/blue] which would imply that [blue]A is the culprit who murdered D[/blue].
