OP is over-thinking it: sure, there may be some people who think 'oh dear, that guy seems creepy', but anyone who isn't in a high-school mentality doesn't do anything about it to the 'creep' because it's a waste of fucking time.

Because this thought of 'creepy individual' isn't relevant to any action or process in life, he won't be remembered, so long as he isn't (1) doing some sort of high-profile creepiness [playing eroge, having an autistic fit over drink preparation, physically smelly, etc.] (2) going to the same place repeatedly, and becoming a creepy part of the décor, as if he were a portrait of a sad clown or something (3) is going to the coffee shop in a clichéd small town where everyone knows everybody else.

To be memorable in a big city, you have to be one hell of a nutcase. Most people are too caught up in their existence as a pursuit of goals or commodities that you're quickly forgotten.
