She appears to be principally a fairy now, with a fairy mindset and fairy desires, making her a playful little scamp who likes to play pranks and doesn't worry about anything.
The only things that really set her apart from the others is her seemingly being more intelligent than other fairies, with an uncanny understanding and ability to manipulate life force.
Since fairies are all life force, though, this is probably unrelated to her origin as Tokoyo no Kami, and just her fairy powers developing as a side effect of having had her latent potential drawn out by Okina's underlings, and gaining greater insight through her experiences during that time.

Any remnants of her nature as a non-fairy, as well as the ability to generate and manipulate mental energy in the form of doyou (being one of two known fairies able to control it to some degree, as it's supposed to be antithetical to their nature) seems to be hidden behind her back door, and not something she can access in her physical form as a fairy.
