Not to influence your story, but my favorite pairings with Yuuka besides her whole PC98 entourage are Hina & Letty. Both of these characters share the relative isoltion from the rest of the girls with little to no known bonds with other characters. Hina is almost purely an aesthetic choice, I just think green hair & red outfit looks nice. Letty is for the dichotomy between the flower master and the youkai of a season where flower growth is at its most troubled. You can close the door on that and assume they're not on good terms, or you can go on the path of both characters, in their own wisdom about flowers and winter respectively, actually know how to squeeze the most out of the situation and may have a bit more to share to one another than meets the eye.
That being said and the reason why i've stated above that this isn't to influence you, neither of these characters really have any reason to show up in the village or other locales like that.
